12 bit digital output CMOS temperature sensor in 28nm
THS1DEG28HPC is an accurate temperature sensor , providing a 12 bit digital output corresponding to temperature with an accuracy of +/-1ºCelsius. The sensor is designed in the standard TSMC process using parasitic BJTs and achieves the accuracy with single point calibration. The sensor is capable of +/-5ºCelsius accuracy without any calibration.
