LPDDR5X/5/4X COMBO PHY
The LPDDR5x, LPDDR5, and LPDDR4x Combo PHY is designed for seamless integration into any System-on-Chip (SoC) and can easily connect to a third-party DFI-compliant LPDDR5 or LPDDR4x memory controller. Depending on the packaging type and PCB layout, LPDDR4x can reach speeds of up to 4,266 MT/s, LPDDR5 up to 6,400 MT/s, and LPDDR5x up to 8,533 MT/s. This solution utilizes firmware-based training and calibration, enhanced by hardware accelerators.
Optimized for low power, low latency, high performance, and compact design, the InPsytech LPDDR5x, LPDDR5, and LPDDR4x Combo PHY is delivered as a hard macro, primarily in GDSII format. Complementing the PHY macro is the RTL-based Calibration Accessories for PHY (CAP), which includes advanced control features such as training, read/write leveling, skew controls, PVT compensation, and support for manufacturing testing.
