IGATHMX01A, TSMC CLN7FF Thermal Sensor ADC
IGATHMX01A is a voltage/temperature sensor ADC which builds in internal thermal diode and Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) for both voltage and temperature sensing function. The ADC provide 10bit resolution and sampling rate up to 250 kHz. Converted digital code is represented by unsigned digital, 000H to 3FFH
IGATHMX01A contains one ADC, one internal thermal diode, and internal reference voltage generator. IGATHMX01A needs two supply voltage 1.8 V and 0.75 V. 1.8 V is used for analog circuit and 0.75 V is used for interface and control logic. Power-down mode is available to disable all dynamic power to let IGATHMX01A consume leakage current only.
IGATHMX01A can support 1P7M (1X_1Xa_1Ya_3Y and 2X_1Ya_3Y) and above layout in TSMC 7nm 0.75V/1.8V CMOS LOGIC Fin FET Process.
