GLOBALFOUNDRIES 55nm 1.2V 10Bit IQ 20/40/80MHz ADC

The VeriSilicon GF55LPEV25_ADC_10 IP is a 1.2V 10Bit pipeline analog to digital converter capable of running at up to 80MHz conversion rate with I and Q two channels and 1Vp-p input range. The ADC cell implements a pipeline (2.5B per stage) double sampling architecture, including SHA, 6 scaled stages and 1Bit flash stage. It has a fully differential structure and its power consumption is dynamic scaling with the operating frequency.
