10-Bit 300MSPS DAC

The ll_dac2831s01_ln28lpp_7002 is a 1.8V/1.0V dual supply-voltage 1-Channel 10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that supports conversion rate (FS) up to 300MS/s, designed in 28nm CMOS process. The ll_dac2831s01_ln28lpp_7002 converts 10-bit digital input codes to an analog output signal, providing power-down control. It provides full scale output currents 13.3mA with 37.5Ω, load for 1.0V differential full scale output voltage. The ll_dac2831s01_ln28lpp_7002 operates with an input clock (CLK). The frequency of CLK is 300MHz with 50% duty cycle. It consists of power down logics, level shifters, 1st latches, decoders, buffers, 2nd latches, current cell matrixes, clock generators (CLK gen.), a bandgap reference generator (BGR), an amplifier (AMP) and current mirror blocks.
