VeriSilicon Bluetooth Dual-Mode (BTDM) RF IP

Dual-mode Bluetooth RF IP is s a 2.4GHz ISM Band RF Transceiver IP which is designed for Bluetooth dual mode applications. It is compliant with the Bluetooth specification (part of Bluetooth 5.3), including support for BR, EDR and BLE. IP is implemented using the FD-SOI22 process with good performance and optimal power dissipation. It exposes a simple parallel digital interface to baseband modem to be easy for integration. A slave Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) is used as connection to Baseband or external MCU.
