Ultra-low-power SAR ADC 8-bit to14-bit upto 100MS/s

Our portfolio of ADCs features CMOS processes available from 22 nm to 180 nm (TSMC and GF). The effective number of bits (ENOB) ranges from 8 b to 14 b, with sampling rates up to 100 MS/s. These ADCs operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and include silicon-proven designs. The highly digital architecture enables power versus sample rate scaling, and integrated solutions come with built-in references and biasing. The signal bandwidth reaches up to 50 MHz.
