SMIC 65nm 1.2v/2.5v Spread Spectrum PLL

This IP is a programmable Analog PLL suitable for high speed clock generation. The high speed VCO can run from 500MHz to 1GHz. It contains a 1-64 input clock divider (DM), a 70-2048 feedback clock divider (DN), a 1-8 output clock divider (DP), a fraction control block (FRAC) and a spread spectrum modulation block. It can work in Integer Mode, Fraction Mode and Spread Spectrum Mode. A lock indicator is also included in this PLL.
