Power Detector 71GHz to 86GHz

The WEA7186PD55S is a differential ended envelope detector. It has a differential input and is capable of detecting signals over a wide dynamic range, from –16dBm to 8dBm. The baseband part is used as an amplification stage for the RF part. The WEA7186PD55S is well suited for power control in microwave Backhaul,5G and SatCom. The WEA7186PD55S has been implemented in ST BiCMOS55 process.
