Meerkat, non-intrusive digital elements based on standard cell libraries, are inserted seamlessly in the design of digital devices with standard EDA tools.
From user defined monitoring criteria, Meerkat enables ultra-fast Short loop for Fail Safe Operational mode, Fast loop for Adaptive Voltage-Scaling (AVS) or Body-Bias (ABB) & Real-time reliability reporting for silicon Lifecycle analytics to protect, control your device and report any deviation of your device during its entire lifetime.
