The IQonIC Works series product IQMC510x, is a high performance 32-bit microcontroller based on an IQonIC Works self-designed RISC-V CPU core with vector ISA, designed for edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications. The IQMC510x product is optimized for motor control, industrial, and small, medium embedded system application.
IQMC510x featuring 6-stage pipeline processor with branch prediction, running at speeds of over 250MHz, with specific combination of I/O, including CAN BUS and 10/100 Ethernet MAC, and 12-bit 500ksps SAR ADC, designed to elevate performance. Its comprehensive peripheral I/O includes 4 UARTs, SPI, I2C and up to 96 programmable GPIOs.
IQMC510x offers rich embedded memory resources, including 1MB of flash storage and up to 512KB of RAM. It also has a 32KB ROM containing first-stage boot loader and flash support routines, 32KB tightly coupled instruction, 32KB tightly coupled data SRAM with parity, and QSPI controller for external flash interface.
The microcontroller includes an integrated die temperature sensor, intelligent clock control, analog infrastructure control, and advanced power-mode management for optimized efficiency.
