Low-voltage bandgap reference
Seamless Microsystems’ (SMI) SMBGREF55 is an ultra-low power high-accuracy voltage reference for use in high-performance analog and mixed-signal applications. Without requiring any additional external components, the voltage reference draws only 0.2mW from a single core supply voltage of 1.2V while generating an accurate reference voltage of 0.6V. The 0.6V reference has exceptional stability over temperature (<5mV change over a 0°C – 125°C) and an absolute error of <0.17% over process and voltage corners.
