Low Noise, On-Die, Localized Voltage Regulation
The Aeonic Power™ LN device is built to support die-to-die interconnects (e.g. UCIe) for the chiplet ecosystem, amongst other applications. Simplifying power distribution for Die-to-Die (D2D) interconnects via on-chip regulation and reduction of on-board and in-package inductive filters results in overall BOM optimization for chiplets.
The Movellus Aeonic Power product family is intrinsically flexible and built primarily with digital logic. Movellus' expertise lies in converting traditionally analog functions into the digital domain. This has allowed the company to develop feature-rich IP that is process portable, area efficient, and observable, making the Aeonic Power LN ideally suited for chiplet interconnects.
