IGATHMT06A, TSMC CLN28HPM/28HPC/28HPC+ Thermal Sensor ADC
IGATHMT06A is a voltage and temperature sensor which is built in an internal thermal diode and an Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) for both voltage and temperature sensing function. The ADC provides 10bit resolution and sampling rate up to 250KHz. The converted digital code is represented by unsigned digital, 000H to 3FFH.
IGATHMT06A contains one ADC, one internal thermal diode, one Power ON Reset (POR), and one internal reference voltage generator. IGATHMT06A needs two supply voltage, 1.8V and 0.9V. The 1.8V is for analog circuit and the 0.9V is for interface and control logic. The power down mode is available to disable all dynamic power to let IGATHMT06 consume leakage current only.
