IGATHMS05A, TSMC CLN40LP Thermal Sensor Comparator

The IGATHMS05A is a temperature sensor comparator for temperature shut down or temperature sense system. This IP contains an internal temperature diode and sensor circuit. There are 16 temperature levels, from -15oC to 135oC with 10oC/Step, and supporting with +/- 5oC accuracy. Power down mode is available to disable IGATHMS05A. Analog supply is 2.5V/3.3V and digital supply is 1.1V
