DC-DC BUCK: The DCDC SGC62 is a fast response, ultra low quiescent step down switched DC-DC regulator IP for integration in SoC. It is the best solution for low power digital cores with fast activity variation. It uses advanced control techniques to achieve soft start-up, superb transient response, and instantaneous overcurrent protection. The SGC62 operates with output coils as low as 1.0 uH and any type of output capacitor. It is specified from TJ = -40ºC to +125ºC and is designed to achieve 3 % overall accuracy (over Load/Line/Temp).
