The BLE5U55ULP RF IP is designed for UMC 55nm ULP Process. It combined 2.4 GHz RF and MODEM for Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy (BLE 5.0) applications. Supported data rates are 1 Mbps and 2 Mbps according to the Bluetooth Low Energy standard. The SPI, data, and control register interface connected to MAC and MCU for Silicon on Chip (SOC) System.
