The ll_adc3288s01_bcd1370_5lm is a 3.3V/5.0V dual supply-voltage 8-ch 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that supports conversion rate (FS) up to 0.5MS/s, designed in 130nm CMOS process. It consists of a 8-to-1 analog input MUX, a successive approximation (SAR) type monolithic ADC, a clock generator, and level-shifters for high-voltage digital interface.
