16bit Voice CODEC in UMC 40nm

This IP is a 16-bit resolution, 16 kHz sample rate voice CODEC on UMC 40nm Logic and Mixed-Mode Low Power DSM-E process. This micro includes one ADC and one DAC. The inner ADC supports two analog channels input by time division multiplexing.
