The present IP is a 16-channel, single-ended 12-bit Successive Approximation Register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter. This ADC is optimized for low-power, high dynamic performance, medium speed applications in industry controller, smart cards etc.
This ADC operates with two power supplies: a 3.3V analog power supply and a 1.2V digital power supply. The 1.2V digital power supply is employed for easy integration with 1.2V digital signal processors and macro processors.
