STAR3003 is a low power, high accuracy SAR uses a bridging capacitor technique to effectively reduce the LSB capacitance size, making it extremely area efficient. This SAR ADC is ideal for IoT and instrumentation applications. Four trimming calibration bits are available to correct parasitic error introduced by bridging capacitors.
