10MHz Oscillator

This OSC is 1.5V oscillator whose output frequency (FOSC) is controlled by internal registers. The typical output frequency range of the oscillator is 10MHz. The frequency calibration is made up by 8-bit digital inputs OSC_FRE_TRIM [7:0]. External AFC is essential for frequency calibration. All frequency just can be trimmed respectively. It consists of a current reference, a saw tooth generator and a pulse convertor.
